The Warranty process is only for product purchased directly from ONCE or from a ONCE sales representative. For products purchased through a distributor, return the product to them for your warranty claim. Note that the applicable warranty is based on the purchase date of your product. The Terms and Conditions for Sale of Products and Services (“Sales Terms”) of a given local Signify entity shall apply mutatis mutandis to the sale or supply of all products or systems (“Products”) and the performance of all services (“Services”) by any legal entity of Signify, including the below mentioned Once entities, to its professional or business customers, subject to any different or additional terms agreed to in a legally enforceable agreement executed between a Signify legal entity and any such customer.
